Plunk! Uh oh!

I am sitting here frantically writing my paper that is due at 6 pm (18 pages down, 7 to go!) Max is playing in the other room. He is quiet for a few minutes - which I know spells trouble. Just as I am about to get up, he starts making noise again. Plunk! "Uh oh" Plunk! "Uh oh" He squeals with joy. I listen to this for a minute before I get up to see what he is doing. (Hello! I needed to finish the paragraph I was working on!) This is what I find!


Mas was in the foyer closet attempting to help me rearrange our dvds and videos! Great! Our house has been perfectly childproofed, until lately. Max now can reach the drawers, loves opening them up and playing with the contents. His current favorite no-no 'toys?' Daddy's watch and checkbook! He can also open the sliding closet doors. Unfortunately childproofing for these types of doors is not readily available. I've only found one type online. With a quick clean up and some redirection, Max was off and playing with the vacuum cleaner in no time!

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to procrastinate a little bit longer!
