Kinley's First BirthDAY

Our last night in the Dominican was also Kinley's first birthday.  I asked the hotel if they could make a cake.  We asked all remaining guests to our little party.  We chose the seafood restaurant that over looked the ocean.  The day before I asked if they could hang up some balloons or something.  They said if they could find some they would.  Imagine our surprise when this is was we encountered:

It was the most magical night.  There were even fresh cut flowers on the table!

The guests arrived (more than we anticipated) and the staff kept bringing more and more yummy food.  Everyone had so much fun and it was absolutely perfect!

Kinley was a little stunned by the pyrotechnic birthday cake, but loved that everyone was clapping and singing for her!

It was such a beautiful night.  I hope she doesn't think next year (or any other year for that matter) will be anywhere near as fabulous.  It was the perfect way to spend such a special day though!
