For our final full day in Thailand we decided to relax. We spent most of the day poolside at our hotel. The staff was very attentive and kept bringing us ice water and cold, fresh fruit. We had poolside pizza for lunch. Although the hotel is right smack in the middle of bustling Bangkok, the little pool oasis in between the two towers seems like a world away. It was too late at this point, but we really regretting not spending more time just sitting there, soaking up the sun and calm. Then again, when you're on the other side of the Earth can you really justify sitting on your bum?!

Before it got too late, we decided we better head out for one last massage. For a whopping $13 each, we got a 2 hour massage. Again, something else we should have done more often! We then found a place to enjoy our final Thai meal, then headed back to the room to back up and get a few hours of rest before beginning our 30 hour journey home.
We hope to make it back to Thailand some day. If you have the opportunity we highly recommend you give it a try!!
