Baby Talk

I am trying to compile a list of words that Max is now saying. He is starting to pick up words quicker these days. 'All done' is new this month and he just picked up 'fish' and 'where'd it go' this week! And of course there's all the babble that means who knows what!

I went to pick him up at the sitter's on thursday and as I enter the house a blustery whirlwind of snow follows me. "Ott!" Max exclaims. "No, cold." I sighed - everything is hot these days according to Max. He says it a couple more times and I try to correct him, "No, it's cold... brrr!" He scurries into the other room and returns, patting his head (sign language for hat), saying 'Ott,' and clutching his hat. Oh yes! Hat! Apparently we need to work on differentiating our vowels!
